The forum will provide a platform to discuss what needs to be done to ensure a truly first class experience is provided from beginning to end for all cruise calls.

The conference programme will hear from cruise line experts on what they want to see from Africa as a destination in terms of terminal operations, infrastructure, hospitality, shore excursions and regulatory environment as well as the region’s own potential as a source market for cruise passengers.

Following the conference, the workshops provide regional destinations the opportunity to showcase their product to cruise lines in a series of pre-scheduled meetings.
